Since 1996, Attorney Nichole Staley O’Gorman has helped clients resolve their divorce disputes with respect and dignity. Nichole works with clients who want to put their children first and who do not want their divorces to define them.
Nichole’s law practice includes both traditional litigation and out-of-court conflict resolution methods. She is a trained Collaborative Law attorney and divorce mediator. She is a member of the Collaborative Professionals of Central Pennsylvania. Nichole presently serves on CPCP’s Executive Committee and chaired its Training and Education Committee from 2008-2010. Nichole is also a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the Dauphin County Bar Association and American Bar Association. She serves as a volunteer mediator for Neighborhood Dispute Settlement, a non profit organization offering mediation services to the public in Dauphin and Cumberland counties.
Nichole is a 1996 graduate of Widener University School of Law and a 1993 graduate, cum laude, of the University of Pittsburgh. Nichole concentrates her practice in the area of family law, practicing throughout the Central Pennsylvania region, including Dauphin, Cumberland, Perry, Adams, Lebanon and Juniata counties.
Nichole has been twice recognized as Harrisburg Magazine’s Readers’ Choice for divorce and family law attorney. She has lectured for the Dauphin County Bar Association, York County Bar Association and the National Business Institute on various family law topics.
